We offer a hall complex, either in its entirety or in parts, with office facilities as well as toilets and two stairwells. It consists of a hall which can be newly constructed if needed, featuring two sectional doors sized 4 x 4 meters, a mobile ramp, and access to two freight elevators with a load capacity of 1.3 tons each (approximately 205 x 3 meters at a height of 2 meters). The rear area of the hall is accessed by two additional freight elevators. The hall is located on the ground floor, first floor, and second floor in our brick building of the former Warburg Food Factory – available immediately or at a later date.

The hall complex is approximately 150 meters long and 25–32 meters wide. Escape routes are provided via stairwells, and sanitary facilities can also be provided.

The first floor (OG) is approximately 3400 m², plus a ground-level hall of about 700 m² and a mezzanine suitable for office use with an additional approximately 300 m². The halls have a new fire alarm system and can be used as storage facilities. They are illuminated with LED lamps. If electricity is needed, we have a new 2 MW transformer on site. Heating is not currently available but can be installed by the tenant or according to agreement. The halls are approximately 25–35 meters deep and about 150 meters long. The interior height of the halls is approximately 3.20 to 10 meters.

The halls have industrial clinker floors and partly asphalt/concrete floors. They are freshly painted.
