The entire floor is currently in the final stages of transformation and renovation so that everything will be fresh and modern for occupancy on October 1.

Available Room Options:

Compact Room (approx. 8.5 sqm): €429 per month all-inclusive (fully furnished – ideal for immediate move-in).

Spacious Room (approx. 12 sqm): €439 per month all-inclusive (unfurnished for your own furniture, furnished available on request for an additional +€50 per month).

Spacious Common Areas & Facilities: First-class common areas are available for shared use:

Fully equipped branded built-in kitchen

Two daylight bathrooms (one completely new bathroom for relaxed routines without a morning rush)

Spacious hallway and storage areas

Laundry Room in the Basement: Use of a professional washing machine & dryer available optionally for an additional €15 per month

Our rental prices are genuine flat rates for maximum planning security. Everything is already completely included: heating, water, all operating costs, and household electricity – without any additional charges afterwards!
