You can reach the Grömitz promenade by bike via the causeway in about 10-15 minutes.
By car, it takes about 5 minutes to get to Grömitz. Here you will find, in addition to the beautiful promenade, plenty of shopping opportunities (including supermarkets), restaurants, cafés, and, if necessary, doctors and a pharmacy.
The holiday home is fully equipped with everything needed for living!

Currently, there is no need for further investment!
