Die am Haus nachträglich angebaute Waschküche und die darauf liegende Terasse (Richtung Süden und Westen) gibt dem Ganzen ein ganz besonderes Flair und bei Wunsch auch die Möglichkeit das Haus kreativ umzugestalten.

Frischvermählt konnten wir (meine liebe Frau und ich) dort selbst leider nur ein Jahr im ersten Stock wohnen, da es mich beruflich dann weiter nach Süden verschlagen hat. Pläne für die Nutzung des ganzen Hauses und gegebenenfalls etwaiger Umbauten hatten wir damals aber bereits viele.

In bester Errinnerung sind uns die schönen Abenden auf der Dachterasse und der große Garten mit dem Schuppen. Damals gab es noch einen zweiten etwas kleineren Schuppen, wo wir 5 Hasen aus dem Tierheim gehalten haben und dazu noch unsere zwei geliebten Hauskatzen.

Gefehlt hat uns in dieser Zeit weder die Nahverkehrsverbindung (ich bin mit dem Zug oft zur TU Erlangen gefahren und auch die Verbindung in die Cities war jeweils nur ein Katzensprung, je nach Vorliebe nach Nürnberg oder Fürth). Alles was man als Familie mit oder ohne Kinder braucht wird in der Umgebung angeboten. Auch der nahegelegene Westpark und die daran angrenzenden Äcker/Felder sind eine Besonderheit in Gaismannshof. Auf der anderen Seite ist man sehr schnell auf den großen Zubringerstrassen und natürlich auf dem Frankenschnellweg (der Stadtautobahn).

On the other hand, you are very quickly on the main feeder roads and, of course, on the Frankenschnellweg (the city motorway).

Die Ausstattung erkennt man am Besten aus den Bildern (Dielenböden, Fließen und im Dachgeschoss zus. Holzpaneelen an den Schlafzimmerdecken). Dadurch dass das Haus als 2 und 3 Zimmerwohnung vermietet war, sind die Räume aber noch grob im jeweiligen Zustand der jeweiligen Mieter und unrenoviert.

Momentan haben wir nur die wenigen alten Originalpläne, wodurch eine Skizze vom Erdgeschoss noch fehlt. Trotz dessen, dass wir das Haus (bzw. die Wohnungen) bisher vermietet hatten, fehlen tatsächlich noch genauere Pläne, die wir aber noch gestalten anhängen werden. Wir haben nur die Wohnflächenberechnung, wobei das Kabäuschen und die Waschküche weder in die Wohn- noch in die Nutzfläche eingerechnet sind.

Die Gaszentralheizung ist 2018 erneuert worden und ist in einem guten Zustand.
