A new main tenant is being sought – we are moving out on September 30. From October 1, the space will be marketed by a broker with a new, higher rental agreement.

The layout of the space is ideal, allowing you to use part of it yourself while subletting individual offices. It is possible to take over our lease from 2023 (which runs until 2028, with an option for an additional 5 years).
