Any furniture and fittings that appeal to you can be taken over free of charge; you may dispose of everything else at your own discretion. Afterwards, you renovate the apartment according to your own ideas, primarily regarding wall treatments and floor coverings. In many cases, simply applying new wallpaper and paint after the clearance is enough to give the rooms a fresh new look.

The cozy living room is optimally arranged and offers plenty of space for your own design ideas. The two additional rooms are of practical size and can be easily furnished. From the bedroom, you can step out onto the balcony overlooking the quiet, green courtyard.

Regarding the building superintendent duties:

The tasks are manageable and mainly include the following:
