Landschloss Parz is one of the most significant Renaissance castles in Upper Austria and was built in the 16th century.

We are now looking for reliable and quiet tenants for our 148 m² apartment on the 1st floor, available immediately for long-term rental. The apartment has been comprehensively and expertly restored, and its technical features have been brought up to the latest standards. It offers two spacious, bright, and lofty rooms with south-facing windows, as well as a bedroom that also features south-facing windows. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, an illuminated mirrored cabinet, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating. The toilet is separate. The spacious kitchen has an induction stove with an oven and enough room for a dining table. The apartment also includes a locked basement storage compartment as well as a parking space.

The apartment is located in a very well-maintained castle in a desirable, quiet area. The town center of Grieskirchen, along with numerous shops, a pharmacy, and doctors, can be reached within minutes. The transportation connections are excellent. The train station is just a few minutes away, from where various bus lines operate as well as trains to Vienna via Wels or to Munich via Passau. The motorway to Linz and further to Vienna is also easily accessible, and it takes only about 30 minutes to get to Linz-Hörsching Airport.

Every window offers a direct view of the well-kept Renaissance garden and the apple trees. Access to the apartment is provided by an elevator or the staircase in the tower to the 1st floor, via the representative arcade passage.

In all rooms, restored historic parquet flooring has been laid; in the bathroom, large-format tiles that resemble the red marble "Rosso di Verona" have been installed along with underfloor heating.

Particularly magnificent is the historic stucco work on the living room ceiling, the decorative tile stove, and the original room doors dating back to the Baroque period. The first record of Parz Castle dates back to around 1340. In 1514, the country castle was built in its present form. The famous frescoes on the garden façade of Parz Castle date from around 1580 and are considered both artistically and iconographically as a masterpiece of Austrian and Southern German Renaissance art.
