The historic Art Nouveau villa houses only 14 individually designed apartments. This creates a personal and manageable living atmosphere that consciously distinguishes itself from a conventional seniors’ or care facility.

The villa includes exceptionally spacious communal areas. The centerpiece is the representative Kaiser Hall, with approximately 50 m² and a ceiling height of around 4 meters. In addition, there is a separate dining hall as well as other communal areas on the individual floors.

Villa Kaiser is not a nursing home. Nursing services can be provided on an individual basis by an external outpatient care service if needed.
