The five rooms differ in size and rental price:

Room 1 – approx. 25 m²

€470 cold rent + €120 additional costs = €590 total

Room 2 – approx. 25 m²

€470 cold rent + €120 additional costs = €590 total

Room 3 – approx. 22 m²

€430 cold rent + €120 additional costs = €550 total

Room 4 – approx. 20 m²

€400 cold rent + €120 additional costs = €520 total

Room 5 – approx. 16 m²

€350 cold rent + €120 additional costs = €470 total

Shared facilities include two bathrooms and a small kitchenette. Additionally, a private outdoor seating area in the garden offers a space for your morning coffee, a relaxed evening unwind, or spending time together outdoors.

The larger rooms can also be occupied by two people upon request. In the case of double occupancy, the additional costs are calculated per person.

It is important to us that this is more than just a purely functional shared apartment: everyone has their own space and privacy – while at the same time there is the opportunity to cook together, share experiences, or simply spend time together.
