The towns of Waldshut-Tiengen, Basel, and Zurich are also easily accessible. In winter, the apartment serves as an ideal starting point for skiing, snowshoe hiking, and excursions to Feldberg.

The bright apartment features a modern bathroom, a comfortable genuine leather sofa with a bed function, and a new fitted kitchen equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and everything you need. A spacious basement storage compartment with an electrical outlet as well as a washing machine and dryer is also available.

The apartment is particularly suitable for nature lovers who appreciate tranquility and a pleasant, sheltered residential setting. However, it is not barrier-free: there are three steps at the entrance and five additional steps leading to the apartment.

Currently, Internet is available via Vodafone LTE. The fiber-optic connection is already in place, although it has not yet been activated.

The apartment can be rented starting from either September 1st or October 1st, 2026. It is approximately a 15-minute drive to Waldshut-Tiengen and 20 minutes from the Swiss border, with the nearest grocery store located a 5-minute drive away in Berau. For larger shopping trips, discount stores in Hausen (about a 10-minute drive) or the district town of Waldshut-Tiengen (approximately 15 minutes by car) are convenient options.

The fitted kitchen—with its induction cooktop, convection oven with timer, and microwave—as well as the flat-screen TV with satellite receiver, are at your disposal. Additionally, the washing machine and the nearly new heat pump dryer in the basement are available for use. The fiber-optic cable has been ordered and will be installed in the apartment soon.

The high-quality cork parquet flooring further contributes to a pleasant and warm living atmosphere.

For the contract signing, we kindly require a current SCHUFA credit report, income statements from the last three months, and a certificate confirming that there are no outstanding rental debts.

We prefer to rent to a solvent individual or a couple with their own income or pension benefits. Non-smokers are preferred.

The minimum rental period is 24 months. After that, an annual graduated increase of €10 in the net rent applies.
