Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and water are included. In addition, there are various seating areas, hammocks, a table tennis table, and a dedicated play area for children.

Regular events, workshops, and community formats present many opportunities to make new contacts and exchange ideas with other residents of the hallig. You decide for yourself whether you want to be part of the hustle and bustle or retreat into your own office.

The former industrial hall is easily accessible. Deliveries and the movement of larger materials are also easily possible.

You can find our hallig at August-Hanken-Str. 24, 26125 Oldenburg, Ohmstede, in a modernly designed hall with industrial charm on the premises of BÜFA.

Particularly convenient is the quick access to the A29 motorway via the L865, which you can reach in a few minutes. Public transportation is also excellently connected (e.g., through bus line 322, which provides a direct connection to the main train station).

For your lunch break, there are several restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

Would you prefer a green spot for your break? The Bornhorster Huntewiesen nature reserve is right around the corner.
