In this space, along with the technology for gas heating and solar thermal energy, there is also a washing machine and the possibility for a dryer.

From the spacious hallway, you can reach the first floor via the open staircase. Here you will find three modern bedrooms with double beds (each made up of four single mattresses) and wardrobes as well as seating areas, along with a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Another bathroom is en suite to one of the bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have direct access to a balcony.

From the equally spacious hallway on the first floor, you can access the developed attic via a loft staircase. With daylight and modern ceiling spotlights, two additional sleep spaces have been created here – ideal not only for children but also for adults. The other half of the attic is also finished as a storage area.

Throughout the house you will find blinds at the windows, allowing you to control both light and privacy.

The heating system can be remotely controlled via an app. This way, you can always keep an eye on the house temperature during the cold season or even start the heating from afar before your arrival.

The house is offered completely furnished and equipped (but it can also be handed over empty upon request). You can move in immediately. Nothing is missing.

Long-standing contacts for cleaning, a caretaker, and garden maintenance can be arranged if desired.
