Nabízím k pronájmu místo pro 1 osobu ve SDÍLENÉM pokoji v bytě ve 2. patře v Praze-Strašnicích. Hledám celkem 2 osoby, přičemž každá bude mít vlastní nájemní vztah a bude hradit nájem samostatně. V docházkové vzdálenosti je stanice metra i dvě různé tramvajové zastávky.
Pokoj je aktuálně koncipován jako obývací pokoj, ale bude předělán na ložnici pro 2 osoby. Pokoj má 20,3 m² a k dispozici je také balkon o velikosti cca 3 m².
Cena je 12 000 Kč měsíčně za osobu + služby. Služby by měly vycházet celkem cca na 6 500 Kč měsíčně a budou rozděleny mezi ideálně 3 osoby, tedy cca 2 167 Kč na osobu.
Pokud jste 2 osoby, které se přihlásí společně, je možné se domluvit na nižší ceně za osobu.
Nastěhování předpokládám od října 2026.

I am offering a place for 1 person in a shared room in an apartment on the 2nd floor in Prague-Strašnice. I am looking for 2 people in total, with each person renting their place separately and paying their own share of the rent. The apartment is within walking distance of a metro station and two different tram stops.
The room is currently designed as a living room, but it will be converted into a bedroom for 2 people. The room is 20.3 m² and also has a balcony of approximately 3 m².
The rent is CZK 12,000 per person per month + utilities. Utilities should be approximately CZK 6,500 in total and will ideally be divided between 3 people, which comes to approximately CZK 2,167 per person.
If you are 2 people who apply together, it may be possible to agree on a lower price per person.
Move-in is expected around mid-September. I do not know the exact date yet, as I am currently purchasing the apartment and am waiting for the ownership transfer and handover of the keys. Mid-September is almost certain, and it may be possible to move in earlier.
