House for sale 4+1 • 115 m² without real estate, Schleswig-Holstein

The house is located just outside the village of Bredenbek, though its postal address is Bredenbek. It is near the highway on-ramp and the factory Hahn & Co, which, however, only produces fiber fabric and operates completely chemical-free. It is a very short walk to the bus stop and the train station.

Much of the property was renewed; for example, we insulated it so well that there are photos showing how much better insulated the house is compared to the semi-detached house next door. We insulated the reed roof with an additional 160 mm of wool, the front exterior wall (windward side) with 60 mm, and all partition walls with 160 mm so that we were able to heat the entire house using just one stove fireplace and did not even need the central heating.

Between 2012 and 2022, we raised our two children in the house and had a very good time – especially during Corona, when the large garden was a real game changer. Between 2022 and 2025, we rented it out for a cold rent of €1,400, but we are now looking forward to welcoming a family with children rather than someone who sees it as an investment property.
