The A3 motorway can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

In the immediate vicinity, there is a post box (across the street) and a Lidl (200 m away).

Despite being centrally located, the area is very close to nature – it’s only a few minutes' walk to the Theiß valley.

In 2010, the large bathroom (including a new window) and the guest WC were renovated.

In 2014/15, the apartment was extensively renovated/refurbished:

- Kitchen (including a new window)

- Built-in cabinets

If you read through the property description, you may wonder why we are selling this great property … The reason is quite simple: our home is on the first floor (with a raised ground floor), and we are planning to live in a barrier-free apartment in the future since we are not getting any younger and would rather have our move "sorted out" now.

Since 2008/2013 we have lived in the apartment(s) ourselves and have felt very comfortable here. Mid-January we will finally move to our new domicile.
