Whether short- or long-term: you enjoy complete flexibility (60-day notice to the end of the month) and you don’t have to lift a finger – everything is taken care of from the internet connection to the coffee machine. Our communal areas are comfortably furnished and available for use by all tenants.

Additionally, freelancers, remote workers, and anyone else interested can book an individual desk in our shared office – more details can be found on our website.

Who really knows what tomorrow brings? With us, you aren’t tied down. You can cancel with a notice period of 60 days to the end of the month. You can start at any time. So why not give it a try?

Here are the costs:

With us, you get an all-inclusive package. The price for an office is calculated based on the number of workstations used: 350€ per workstation plus VAT per month. This includes the following services and incidental costs:

- Heating

- Electricity

- Internet (Wi-Fi & partly LAN)

- Fees such as garbage, broadcast contributions, etc.

- Furnishing with large desks, ergonomic chairs, and monitors

- Cleaning

- Use of the business address at Anger

- Use of communal areas (large lounge/communal room, kitchenette)

- Coffee and tea flat rate

The location at Anger is excellent – Anger, as a major tram hub, is easily reachable from all districts of Erfurt, with every Erfurt tram stopping practically right at the door. It’s also just a short walk from the central train station.

All daily necessities can be found around Anger. Right next door, for example, is the new ‘Deli am Markt’ – a great spot for your daily lunch. The Rewe supermarket for quick errands is also right next door. You won’t lose much time on everyday tasks and can focus entirely on your work and, afterwards, your leisure time!

The offices are furnished, so nothing needs to be brought in.
