The members of the student fraternity Corps Saxonia Leipzig are looking for new roommates.

Are you a student at a university or college currently searching for a room or an apartment?

Are you tired of purpose-built shared flats or life in the modern student dormitory block?

Then you’ve come to the right place! We offer you a beautiful room in an old city villa.

There are a total of 7 partially furnished rooms to choose from, each approximately 20 square meters in size. These are spread over our 2 residential floors. The villa features four bathrooms, a spacious communal kitchen, a dining room, a bar with a tap system, a lounge, and a large ballroom for events. The house was built in 1905 and impresses with many charming details, such as a cozy winter garden or a fireplace room with a dartboard. Additionally, the large garden with terrace is, of course, available for everyone’s use.

What do we expect from applicants?

Every male student can apply. Honesty and tolerance are especially important cornerstones of our community. No one should be excluded from our community because of their origin, religion, or political views.

What else do we offer?

Our community is there to support you on your way to graduation. Through our mentoring program, you will get in touch with alumni from various academic disciplines. Furthermore, our parties and events provide plenty of opportunities to meet other freshmen and advanced students. Overall, life in our student fraternity is characterized by numerous communal activities.

In the house, there lives a law student, an industrial engineering student, a business student, and a medical student.

We organize seminars on different topics (whiskey tasting, golf, etiquette, communication, economics), cook together, host game and movie nights, and occasionally visit the stadium. Several times a year, we take weekend trips to other cities in Germany or Europe.

The house is located in a quiet villa district in the Leipzig neighborhood of Eutritzsch.

It is easily accessible by both car and public transportation (tram, bus, and S-Bahn).

The main campus is only 7 stops away from the house, and it’s a 2-minute walk to the Tram line 16 stop. Behind the house, there is a large park that invites you for a stroll.

Restaurants, bistros, a café, and a swimming pool are all within a 15-minute walk.
