na jeseň idem skúsiť pracovnú príležitosť v zahraničí a rada by som zatiaľ prenajala svoju garsonku na Oveneckej ulici na Letnej niekomu, kto sa o ňu bude starať tak, ako som sa o ňu starala ja. Ideálne svoj inzerát smerujem na ženy. 😊
Byt chcem zatiaľ prenajať od 1. 9. na 6 mesiacov. Na toto obdobie zostane kompletne zariadený (samozrejme bez mojich osobných vecí).
Ak by sa ukázalo, že v zahraničí zostanem dlhodobo, rada by som sa s budúcou nájomníčkou dohodla na pokračovaní prenájmu. V takom prípade by som si pravdepodobne časť svojho nábytku odviezla, no zároveň som otvorená dohode o primeranej úprave výšky nájomného.
🛏️ Byt má 34 m² a navrhla som si ho tak, aby bol čo najviac multifunkčný. Hlavná miestnosť slúži ako kuchyňa, jedáleň, pracovňa, obývačka aj spálňa v jednom.
V byte nájdete:
• plnohodnotnú kuchyňu (umývačka riadu, rúra s mikrovlnnou funkciou, chladnička, elektrický sporák s dvoma platničkami),
• jedálenský kút pre dve osoby,
• rozkladací gauč, ktorý každý večer rozkladám na posteľ,

Cozy Fully Furnished Studio Apartment in Letná – Available for 6+ Months
Hi everyone,
This autumn I’m moving abroad for a new work opportunity, so I’m looking for someone to rent my cozy studio apartment on Ovenecká Street in Letná and take care of it as if it were their own.
As the apartment has been designed and furnished for single-person living, I’m ideally looking for one female tenant. 😊
The apartment will be available from September 1st for an initial period of 6 months. During this time it will remain fully furnished (except for my personal belongings).
If it turns out that I’ll be staying abroad long-term, I’d be happy to continue the tenancy with the same tenant. In that case, I would probably take some of my furniture with me, but I would also be open to discussing a reasonable adjustment of the rent.
🏡 About the apartment
The apartment is 34 m² and I designed it to make the most of every square metre. The main living area comfortably functions as a kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and workspace all in one.
The apartment includes:
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven with microwave function, refrigerator, two-burner electric hob)
• Dining table for two
• Comfortable sofa bed
• Built-in storage behind the sofa for bedding and an additional mattress topper
• Fold-down desk by the window
• Digital piano with a piano bench
The hallway offers a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space and a shoe cabinet. The bathroom includes additional storage as well as a washer-dryer.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, which keeps it pleasantly cool even during the hottest summer days. The windows face a quiet street with a small front garden. For added security, the apartment has security bars on the windows and a security entrance door. The entire building, including the apartment, was fully renovated in 2021.
