The South half of my newly built thatched roof house (constructed in 2014) is for sale – the North half is permanently rented. With attention to detail, the views and floor plans have been adapted to the location: two large double-winged terrace doors in the kitchen/living room open onto the south garden and terrace with a polygonal porphyry surface. In the east gable, two individual windows offer a wide view of the sunrise in the east.
