To long-term rent, I am offering a bright 1+kk apartment in Břevnov that has been recently renovated. The apartment is 27 m², fully equipped, and is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Flat consists of entrance with a built in cabinet, bathroom and main room with kitchen with the folding bed. When folded there is a couch.
The apartment has plenty of natural light, an open view, and thanks to the folding bed, the space pleasantly transforms from a bedroom back to a living room during the day.
It contains everything necessary for comfortable living—a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, TV, and a new condensing boiler that provides energy-efficient heating.
A big bonus is the private terrace above the apartment with views over the roofs of Břevnov. Unfortunately, it is not visible in the photos—you access it through the attic space and a window—but its inconspicuousness makes it a very cozy spot for coffee, reading, or spending an evening outside.
Břevnov is one of the parts of Prague where life is good. Everything is within reach—a supermarket Albert, DM drugstore, cafés, restaurants, and even Angelato if you’re in the mood for ice cream. The tram stop Malovanka is about a 3-minute walk away, and Ladronka is just under 10 minutes.
