We have continuously renovated this house over the past 30 years, although not all of our ideas have yet been completed.

With little effort, the two-story section can be divided into two residential units. Thus, by renting out a total of three residential units, one can achieve a good return on investment or enable partial commercial use.
Niesgrau is a small community near Gelting Bay, which opens directly into the open Baltic Sea. The nearest beach is 2.5 km away. In the surroundings of Niesgrau there are many opportunities for long walks and cycling tours. In the village, there is a butcher and a beverage market. Supermarkets, doctors, pharmacies, kindergartens, schools, and everything you need for daily life can be found in Steinbergkirche, Gelting, and Sterup – each about 5-7 km away. It is 30 km to Flensburg and 19 km to Kappeln.
We have loved living in this house for the past 30 years. Now it is simply too large for us. It has been continuously renovated and updated in many respects, though a few things are still not perfect.
