How does the guarantee work?

List your property

Don't forget to include quality photos, a detailed description of the property and, above all, realistic price information. When ordering, choose the Komplet package, which is required to claim the guarantee – it applies to both rentals and sales.

Communicate through our platform

To keep the guarantee valid, you must use only our communication platform. If you publish your email or phone number, we won't be able to verify whether and who contacted you about the listing.

Wait for inquiries

We believe the Komplet package will help you reach a suitable prospect. But if you don't find anyone serious within 1 month for a rental, or 2 months for a sale, we'll extend your listing for free by the same period.

Frequently asked questions

The guarantee covers connecting you, the owner, with a serious prospect through our communication platform with the Komplet package. Bezrealitky does not enter the communication in which the prospect may become an actual tenant or buyer, so it cannot guarantee an agreement between the two parties – only contribute significantly to it.
The guarantee period matches the length of the listing with the Komplet package: 1 month for rentals, 2 months for sales. If no serious prospect contacts you in this period, we'll extend your listing for free by the same period – that is, by 1 month for rentals and 2 months for sales.
Anyone who expresses interest in the property in communication with you through our communication platform. For example, when:
  • the prospect submits an inquiry about the property
  • the prospect asks for an in-person viewing
  • the prospect asks for more details about the property
  • you share your viewing calendar with the prospect
  • you arrange an in-person viewing with the prospect via the communication platform
  • any other action by the prospect that indicates interest in the property
When, while listing a property with the Komplet package, we fail to connect you with even one serious prospect via the communication platform – within 1 month for rentals, 2 months for sales. In that case we acknowledge that our service did not work as we would like, and we'll extend your listing for free by the same period.

Unfortunately, we cannot honour the guarantee for listings with significant shortcomings (missing photos, missing property description, incomplete or nonsensical price information) or with contact details written directly in the text. Simply because then we cannot know whether someone contacted you directly by email or at the phone number given.

The guarantee also does not apply to the Základ package.

The extension guarantee can be claimed only once. If you meet the guarantee conditions, we'll extend your listing for free by the same period (1 month for rentals, 2 months for sales).
