These are three-room apartments, which we would like to rent out to students or others interested in shared living arrangements—that is, to two parties. Electricity is charged at a flat rate of €30.00 per month. The tenant is responsible for arranging Internet service. The apartment offered here is located on the 4th floor (without an elevator). The apartment includes a basement storage compartment. It features a bathtub. In addition, the tenant has access to a shared laundry drying room. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art cable technology. The contracts for this can be customized by the tenant according to their own preferences. Behind the building, there is a green area that is perfect for relaxing. A parking space for your car can be rented separately.

Although the apartments are not centrally located, everything you need for everyday life is nearby. The Tiergarten and the Mulde can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. The nearest supermarket is just a few minutes away, and public transportation is also accessible within a few minutes.

The apartment is fitted with impact sound-insulating PVC flooring. The bathroom with a window is completely tiled. The kitchen features a tiled backsplash, and you can equip it according to your needs. Heat cost allocators, as well as hot and cold water meters, are provided.
