After moving in, we provide a landlord’s confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung) for registration in Heidelberg; renting is only possible with registration (up to 14 days after arrival).

The apartment is super centrally located in Heidelberg Weststadt, 500 meters from the Neckar and only 300 meters from the main train station. The Kaufland supermarket is located directly next to the residential complex.

The apartment is on the 5th floor and was freshly renovated in 2024.

In this quiet and centrally located accommodation, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, espresso maker, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, a bar table seating area, and much more.

If something is missing that the residents would like to use, just let us know and, in most cases, we can provide it within five days.

In the living room, there is a second dining area next to the kitchen door with up to 6 chairs as well as a seating area with a sofa (and Smart TV). There are also 2 additional wardrobes and a desk with an office chair.

A balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the view over Heidelberg is also included.

The beds in the bedroom can be used flexibly as follows:

– 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and 2 beds in a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) OR

– 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) and 2 beds in a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm).

Bicycles can be parked around the complex.

In the basement there are washing machines and washer-dryers, which require €2 coins per wash cycle.

I am almost always reachable by email, WhatsApp, or phone, although I live 45 minutes away. We have a WhatsApp task force group for each apartment, which includes my 3 assistants and the current residents, to facilitate easier communication.
