The apartment is a renovated old building (built in 1911) with suitably high ceilings. The apartment is 105 m² in size and is located on the 2nd floor. The shared flat consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen with a pantry, and a bathroom with a separate WC (the bathrooms have been newly renovated). There is a spacious hallway with a communal dining table.

The room can be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, or unfurnished.

We are all working professionals, so parties are not really our thing. We enjoy watching movies together and having dinner together. Everything is possible, but nothing is mandatory.

Additional Information:

The flat is equipped with everything you might need (washing machine, fridge and freezer).

The rental price already includes GEZ (TV and radio fee) and Wi-Fi. There are no additional utility costs.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart East. It is just a 1-minute walk to Ostendplatz. Shopping facilities (Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc.) are also reachable within a few minutes on foot. About 100 meters away is the park at Klingenbach.

Tram lines U4 and U9 stop only a few meters away. It takes around 8 minutes to reach the city center (Charlottenplatz). In the Ost district there are many small shops and cafes/bars. Right next door, there is also a swimming pool.

The room is furnished with a table, a wardrobe, a chair, and a bed.

Additionally, the apartment features a fitted kitchen, a shower room, and has a roughly 24 m² cellar. This can, upon agreement, be converted into a hobby room or something similar.

The room is still occupied at present; the photos only show what the room looks like when empty.
