On our Wilhelmstraße in Fellbach, a simple room (approx. 13 m², partially furnished) is available.

The room is not renovated, but feel free to decorate it according to your own taste :-)

The all-inclusive rent is a fair 380 € including additional costs.

This rent covers all expenses (base rent, insurance, property tax, etc.). For electricity, gas, and water, you contribute a monthly prepayment of 40 € (included in the 380 €).

There will also be high-speed internet available via a business tariff, very reliable (this costs an extra 8 € per person).

The flat share consists of a total of 4 people. You will share a kitchen and a bathroom, and there is an additional separate toilet (which is very practical in a shared flat ;-)).

Additionally, there is a coin-operated washing machine in the building.

The location is superb: the S-Bahn, bus, and shopping options are all reachable within a few minutes, and it’s quick and easy to get to Stuttgart.

The room itself is simple, but the price is perfect for anyone who just needs a place to live and values community and location.

The apartment is located on Wilhelmstraße in Fellbach, a centrally located and well-connected area. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shopping options, including supermarkets, bakeries, and drugstores. The tram and bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk away, so you can quickly reach Fellbach’s town center or Stuttgart. The connection to public transportation is ideal, making it convenient to get around even without a car.

For nature lovers, there are plenty of green spaces and recreational opportunities nearby, such as Fellbach Park and hiking trails in the Schurwald. Cafés and restaurants create a pleasant atmosphere, and culture is not overlooked – the Fellbach Cultural Center regularly hosts events.
