This modern 5-room apartment accommodates 6 people and features a spacious living room with traditional architectural details, a dining area for 6 with an extra bed, and a Smart TV. It also offers high-speed Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, electric heating, and a fully equipped designer kitchen with a cooktop, stove, microwave, cookware, a DiLonghi cappuccino machine, and dishware for 12 people.

The main bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub, an XL shower, a washing machine and dryer, a hairdryer, and underfloor heating. In addition, there is a smaller WC with a washbasin. There are two large bedrooms with queen-sized beds (180 cm wide) and ample wardrobes; one features a lounge area and the other has a desk and dressing table. The third bedroom has a double bed (140 cm wide), a built-in wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. In the living room, you will find a niche with an extra bed and a section that can be separated by a curtain.

There is additional storage as well as a cupboard with towels and bed linens in the second corridor that leads to the conservatory and balcony—a peaceful oasis where you can enjoy sunsets over the mountains. Throughout the apartment, there are wooden floors and tiles in the bathrooms. You will find all the amenities you need.

Our apartment is located in the old town of Mondsee in a quiet area, within walking distance to the bakery, cafés, and shops. The picturesque market square is just around the corner, and the lake is only a few minutes’ walk away. Just around the corner is a bus station with buses to Salzburg and other nearby towns. Since Mondsee lies directly on the A1 motorway, Salzburg is only 20 minutes away. Munich is a 90-minute drive, Vienna is about two hours to the east, and Italy roughly two hours to the south.

Experience the spectacular Salzkammergut region with its UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hallstatt. Come for a swim in the crystal-clear Mondsee, or try sailing, stand up paddling, foiling, and kitesurfing. Mondsee is just about 30 minutes from the Red Bull headquarters in Fuschl, so you will find many athletes among the more laid-back residents who prefer to enjoy their coffee or wine, or indulge in world-class pastries and gelato that rivals even those in Italy.

During the summer, visit the world-famous Salzburg Festival, join a yoga session on the pier in Mondsee (or even on a stand-up paddleboard), go hiking, and visit the nearby Europa Kloster Gut Aich. Drop by Pater Pausch's herb garden to pick up some homemade teas, essences, and spirits, or book a painting, mandala, or other creative course.

The local farmers’ market at the main square just around the corner offers local delicacies every Saturday morning. In winter, enjoy first-class skiing right at your doorstep and experience some of the most picturesque traditions such as local Christmas markets (one of the best is just around the corner from the apartment), the Krampus parade, the carnival parade, the Glockner run, and more.
