New-build Condominiums – 6 multi-family buildings with a total of 72 apartments are being constructed in an energy-efficient, climate-friendly solid wood construction using industrially prefabricated wall and ceiling elements (serial production). Each building has its own staircase and an elevator that goes down to the underground garage, ensuring that you can comfortably access every residential floor via a short and direct route. With this design, we achieve the KfW-40 efficiency house standard according to the guidelines, so that you can benefit from low-interest loans. In operation, low energy costs are to be expected.
The green roof area will be equipped with a photovoltaic system, and the electricity generated will be provided significantly below market price.
Buildings 1 to 4 have nearly identical layouts and each feature 14 residential units with living areas ranging from about 84 m² to about 132 m², comprising 3 or 4 room configurations.
The buildings 5 and 6 are located in a protected courtyard setting and each offers 8 apartments, with living areas of approximately 61 to 117 m² and apartment sizes comprising 2, 3, and 4 room designs. The buildings are identical in structure, arranged as mirror images next to each other.
The 6 multi-family buildings and their adjoining access roads are arranged so that in the inner courtyard – protected and set away from the street – generously sized green areas and a well-visible playground for the smallest residents are created.
The basement is constructed as a cast-in-place concrete structure (“white shell”) – the conveniently accessible underground garage is planned with separate entry and exit routes to ensure swift ingress and egress even at peak times.
Approximately 35 underground parking spaces will, from the start, be fully prepared for charging stations/wall boxes, so that if you are interested, you have immediate access to a charging facility.
Several communal storage areas for bicycles have also been planned.
The storage areas for waste containers have been planned above ground, close to the buildings, with as short a route to the street as possible.
Additional optional equipment for seniors and people with minor impairments – such as emergency call systems etc. – is available upon request.
