The shared-flat–suitable apartment is located in the coveted neighborhood triangle of Barmbek-Süd, Barmbek-Nord, and Dulsberg at the end of the Osterbek Canal. About 80 m away, you can launch your SUP or canoe and paddle down to the Alster.
The green areas right outside the door invite you in summer to play, exercise, chill and sunbathe – and of course, to grill.
You can pick up your steak at Aldi (up to 9:00 PM), Edeka (up to 10:00 PM), or Penny (up to 11:00 PM) just around the corner. If you run out of beer, simply grab another cold one after 11:00 PM at the self-service filling station (open from 6:00 AM to 2:00 AM) right next door.
With the subway (a 4-minute walk) you can get to the city center (main train station) in 15 minutes – and the area is also very well connected with the city by various bus lines (all no more than a 5-minute walk away).
