In our recently renovated apartment the doors will open from December and from that time two stylish rooms will be available.

We are looking for a new roommate!

The entire apartment is tastefully furnished. All floors have been newly laid and the walls freshly painted, so you’ll feel right at home as soon as you move in.

The room is approximately 16 m² in size.

It impresses with two large windows, which emphasize the spacious feel of the room and additionally provide plenty of daylight. This room also offers everything you need to live comfortably, such as a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe.

A fitted kitchen with a large sink, a ceramic hob, an oven, a refrigerator, and an extractor fan complete this apartment.

The apartment is located in the heart of the 4th district, just a stone’s throw from the Vienna Main Station, in one of Vienna’s most desirable areas. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous cafés, restaurants, and shops.

The area around Radeckgasse is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere. Right next to the Alois-Drasche-Park, a green oasis perfect for enjoying some quiet time alone or with company, the cul-de-sac ensures peace and quiet.

Not far away is Wiedner Hauptstraße. A vibrant shopping street with numerous local suppliers and countless shops, cafés, and restaurants – ideal for shopping trips, culinary discoveries, or leisurely strolls.

Thanks to the proximity to the Vienna Main Station (U1) as well as several bus and tram lines, Radeckgasse is excellently connected to public transportation. Within minutes you can be on your way to the city center or other parts of Vienna.

For moving in we would need the following documents:

• InfoPass for tenants from KSV1870 and/or a guarantee from your parents

• Proof of identity

• Self-disclosure

• Previous landlord reference

Internet (WLAN) can also be provided for an additional €20/month.

Rental conditions:

Deposit: 3 months’ rent

Minimum rental period: 6 months

Direct rental by the owner – No brokerage commission!

We are looking for a roommate who is open, tidy, and reliable. It does not matter whether you are a student or working – as long as the chemistry is right!
