The apartment is a renovated old building (built in 1911) with appropriately high ceilings. It has an area of 105 m² and is located on the second floor. The flatshare consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen with a storage room, and a bathroom with a separate WC (the bathrooms have been freshly renovated). There is a spacious hallway with a shared dining table.

The room can be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk or unfurnished.

We are all working professionals, and parties are not really a thing for us. We enjoy watching movies together and having dinner together. Everything is optional—nothing is mandatory.

Additional Information:

The flatshare is equipped with everything you might need (washing machine, refrigerator, and freezer).

The rental price already includes the broadcasting fee (GEZ) and Wi-Fi. There are no additional service charges.

The apartment is centrally located in Stuttgart East. It’s a one-minute walk to Ostendplatz. Shopping options (Rewe, dm, Aldi, etc.) are also within a few minutes' walk. Around 100 meters further is the Klingenbach park.

Tram lines U4 and U9 stop just a few meters away. It takes about 8 minutes to get downtown (Charlottenplatz). In the eastern district, there are many small shops and cafes/bars, and there is also a swimming pool right next door.

The room is furnished with a table, a wardrobe, a chair, and a bed.

Furthermore, the apartment features a fitted kitchen, a shower room, and a basement of approximately 24 m², which can – by arrangement – be converted into a hobby room or something similar.

Please note that the room is currently still occupied; the pictures only show how the room looks when empty.

The apartment was renovated in January 2020, is regularly maintained, and has only been rented out since then.
