It truly is in a TOP location: absolutely quiet, near the city (a 10‑minute walk to Marktstraße), with all schools reachable on foot, quiet neighbors, and as the icing on the cake—a view of the mountains!

When it comes to leisure activities, Bad Tölz is plentiful, as evidenced by the many overnight stays. Not only does it offer plenty of hiking trails and skiing in the winter, but there are also opportunities for swimming along the Isar and at the local outdoor pool.
