The house, built in 1993, has clay aggregate walls on the ground floor and a timber frame structure on the upper floor. The wooden windows feature double glazing, with rolling shutters on the ground floor. Heat and hot water are provided by a new gas condensing boiler (renewed in 2019); additionally, there is the possibility to install a fireplace.

In recent years, renovations have been carried out repeatedly in the house, for example, the laying of high-quality solid wood parquet in the living room and dining room. In 2022, a new kitchen was installed with high-quality appliances and a granite worktop. In this context, all the electrical installations were renewed, new doors were installed, and the floors in the kitchen, hallway, and entrance area were laid with vinyl tiles.
