Adjacent to it is the dressing room with an open wardrobe. This room can optionally be furnished with an additional bed for children or guests.

The bathroom has been completely renovated and features bright colors, a huge washbasin with spacious drawers for all your cosmetics, a toilet, and a glass shower.

The kitchen has also been completely newly furnished. Entirely done in white and equipped with modern appliances—an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a Nespresso coffee machine—you can prepare even the most elaborate meals here. A full set of pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, and basic groceries is at your disposal. Those who love smoothies, soups, and the like will appreciate the Vitamix high-performance blender complete with a recipe book. For all coffee drinkers, a Nespresso machine is provided.

The washing machine with dryer function is also hidden in the kitchen behind a kitchen front. An iron and ironing board have also been provided. In the storage room opposite the kitchen, you can store all household appliances and supplies.

The apartment is only a few steps away from the university, so the Rotherbaum district offers a multitude of shops, bars, and restaurants. Here, students, long-established Hamburg merchants living in their representative old town villas, young professionals, the young at heart, and—thanks to the proximity of the Schanzenviertel—even some creatives gather. For relaxation from everyday stress, just a few steps take you to the huge "Planten un Bloomen" park, which with its dazzling design and water features attracts many city dwellers and tourists.

If you want to go shopping in the city, a 20-minute walk will get you to the Jungfernstieg and the town hall with the adjacent Mönckebergstraße.

Even the Alster, with its breathtaking Alsterpark, the boat ramp (Bodo's Bootssteg), and plenty of space for picnicking, is reachable on foot in 15 minutes.
