We have a room becoming available right in the middle of Milbertshofen.

Your lovely room is part of a 90 sqm shared apartment. In total, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living kitchen, and a hallway. The room has two large windows and a parquet floor. Thanks to the large windows, the room is very bright.

The apartment has been completely renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and everything else you might need for daily life. The washer-dryer is also located in the kitchen and can, of course, be shared.

Your room comes furnished with an Ikea Hemnes bed (extendable, size 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a desk, an office chair, and a desk lamp.

We don’t have a cleaning rota. Instead, we have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

In the warm rent, all costs for cleaning materials, internet, and electricity are included. No additional costs will accrue for you.

Location: very quiet, surrounded by greenery, and right in the middle of Schwabing.

Shopping options are just a 2-minute walk away (LIDL, ALDI, DM, Vollcorner, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, pharmacy), with a bus/U-Bahn stop (U2/U3/U6 at Josephsplatz/Giselastr) only two minutes away, and from there it takes about 5 minutes to the city center or 8 minutes to the main station.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the entrance, and there is also a bicycle storage room. The U2/U3/U6 stop at Josephsplatz/Giselastr is in close proximity. The English Garden is about a 2-minute walk away.

We envision shared living as an arrangement where we can gather in the kitchen for meals or cooking, or sit together in the evenings in a relaxed manner, while also fully respecting each other’s privacy. That is, if the door is closed, you’ll have your peace.

We are also open to doing other activities together, like sports, bike tours, jogging, visiting beer gardens, partying, etc. – but that’s not obligatory.

We look forward to meeting someone who sees the shared apartment not just as a place to stay, but as a temporary home – with people who make life a little more beautiful together.
