The daylight bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, offering both relaxation and practical functionality. The spacious bedroom provides enough room to be used as an office during home-office times. The modern kitchenette rounds out the offering.

The apartment includes a storage room in the basement and a parking space directly in front of the house. In the basement, there is also a communal laundry and drying room. Water and electricity costs are billed separately according to consumption.

The apartment is heated with night storage heaters. Additionally, the previous tenant installed infrared heaters, which are particularly energy-efficient.

The property is maintained and cleaned by a caretaker, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Only the garbage bins need to be placed out on the street on a monthly alternating basis.

The apartment is located in a rural and quiet setting in Jülich-Mersch, yet it offers very good transportation links thanks to the nearby Jülich-Ost highway interchange. Bus line 270 also connects Mersch with Jülich and Titz.

The town center of Jülich, with all the everyday shops, is only about 5 km away. The Jülich Research Centre can be reached in just 15 minutes by car (10 km). The new BrainergyPark is only 3 km away, and the University of Applied Sciences Jülich is approximately 4 km away.
