The waterproofing of the foundation masonry on the rear side (former main entrance) and the south side (living room) was renewed in 2025. For this purpose, the base masonry was excavated down to a depth of 70 cm, the masonry was cleaned, freshly plastered, and sealed with a mineral bonding slurry. Afterwards, it was painted with base paint and, before backfilling, the masonry was protected with bubble wrap against stone impact.

The house was comprehensively renovated in 2000. In June 2015, a new Buderus condensing gas heating system was installed. With the exception of the washbasin in the downstairs bathroom, even the utility/hot water is provided by the heating system. All floors on the ground floor are finished with tiles or genuine beech hardwood parquet (not laminate!). The parquet can be sanded and resealed as needed.

All windows have double glazing and are in perfect condition.
The white interior doors meet a high standard and are in perfect condition—except for the door in the upstairs bathroom. Minor paint damage on the frames in the annex needs to be repaired.
Garden/Terrace facing south – The always pleasantly temperate vaulted cellar is ideally suited for keeping cool drinks and supplies.
The installation of the fiber optic connection has already been commissioned. Completion is expected before the end of 2025.
