As a result, Frankfurt Central Station can be reached in less than 10 minutes and the airport in about 25 minutes.

The central location is also appealing for lunch or after work dining – both venues in Nordend and the city center can be easily reached.

Directly opposite is the "Elements" fitness studio, and several other sports options (yoga studios, Fitness First, etc.) are also within walking distance.

The shopping streets Zeil and Goethestraße as well as the MyZeil shopping center can also be reached in just a few minutes – additionally, a tegut and a REWE supermarket are in the immediate vicinity.

In the event of dividing the space, the total rent depends on which office rooms are used exclusively and which are shared. In that case, the price per square meter increases, as additional costs for commonly used areas within the office space must be allocated – more information available upon negotiation.

Your direct point of contact is the current tenant, who is now looking for a new tenant or a subtenant for the entire office space until April 2029. This means that taking over the space is commission-free for you.
