With the exception of three rooms, the flooring in all other rooms has been renewed with high-quality PVC and tiles installed. We can also provide contact details for the contractor who installed the floors, if desired. However, tiling in the upper bathroom only makes sense if the entire bathroom is retiled – approximately €3,000–4,000 excluding porcelain.
All interior doors have been replaced.
In the new part of the apartment (05), all radiators have been replaced.
In the old part of the apartment (07), all radiators have been serviced.
The heating distribution units have also been serviced.
In both units, new light switches and power outlets have been installed to achieve a uniform appearance.
Thanks to the sloping ceilings, the apartment feels much more spacious than its stated size of approximately 125 m². In terms of feel, this apartment is comparable to one of 150–160 m².
