The apartment is located on the second floor of an idyllic and quiet block of flats on the Stralau peninsula in central Berlin. It includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. The flat is ideal for 2 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential utensils: refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, etc.

The bathroom features a bathtub that can also be used for showering. A washing machine is also available. A large 46‑inch (1.17 m) television with an HDMI connection is provided in the living room, along with an HDMI cable for easy video playback from a laptop. “The location of the apartment is excellent. It is in a very quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. You can go for an early morning jog along the Spree; Alt Stralau is a peninsula on the Spree. In fact, it has historical significance, and you can read about it online and while walking around. Karl Marx used to live on the same street when he was young. If you have a bicycle, restaurants, cafés, train stations, shops, and a lovely park are all within a 5 to 10 minute ride (a new specialty café has even opened next to the supermarket). The apartment is very bright and spacious. It is a corner flat; the bedroom faces the sunrise, while the living room and kitchen receive daylight for most of the day until sunset. The building has an elevator. The neighbors are friendly. I would especially recommend this apartment for spring and summer.”

It is a 5‑minute walk to the Ostkreuz S-Bahn station. From here you can quickly reach the most important sites (e.g. 2 minutes to the Eastside Gallery, 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz, 15 minutes to Brandenburg Gate). Potsdam and Sanssouci Palace are also reachable by train within 50 minutes.

It is 7 minutes by car to Schönefeld Airport (a taxi costs a maximum of €10) or 20 minutes by public transport.

Tegel Airport is about 20 minutes away, and Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 35 minutes away.

A new EDEKA supermarket is located just 700 meters from the property.
