Non-smokers are preferred; pets are not allowed.

The amount of the operating costs prepayment is determined by the number of persons moving in.

The minimum rental period is 3.5 years or as negotiated. If you are interested in a long-term rental relationship, viewings can be arranged by appointment.

A fixed job with a regular income and an unblemished SCHUFA record are basic requirements for renting.
