This sale concerns our family home. The house has been renovated repeatedly. New windows were installed around 2011, as were new garage doors. Afterwards, the façade was insulated and re-plastered, and in the flatter section, the roof was renewed with insulated corrugated panels and re-covered together with the chimney. New kitchens have been installed, and the attic level was separated so it can also be rented as an independent apartment.

Nittel is a wine-growing village along the Moselle and is only 4 km from the Wellen/Grevenmacher border crossing. It lies opposite Machtum, has a train station, and commuter buses run several times daily to Luxembourg City. In general, it is very popular with Luxembourgers, and many already live in the area. There is a dentist, a general practitioner, and a pharmacy, as well as a kindergarten, an elementary school, and shopping facilities (DM, Netto, bakeries). Vineyards, restaurants, and various clubs facilitate leisure activities, even without a vehicle.
