It is a semi-detached modern house with 3 large bedrooms and a good-size garden (390m2). Most of the garden is protected by the house and a high hedge, therefore it is only overlooked by two neighbouring houses.
The living area is 170m2 + 80m2 of basement space with daylight access + loft across the whole length of the house.
The ground floor comprises of a large lounge (29m2), dining room (14m2), kitchen (13m2), large entrance hall (13m2), a cloak room with toilet and basin and a walk-in larder/storage. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven with grill, gas cooker with electric oven, and a fridge-freezer. The door from the diner leads onto a patio in the garden.

In the village, there are a school, kindergarten (Czech and English), GP, grocers, sweetshop/coffee house, several restaurants, a Post Office, bowling… The school, kindergarten and playground are a 10 minute walk away. The surrounding countryside is ideal for cycling (Okoř, Únětice, a cycle route along the river Vltava). Reputable international schools within a short drive/ride.
More amenities and entertainment in a nearby town of Roztoky, which is only 3 min away in a car or 10 min on a bus. In Roztoky there is also a train station – frequent trains get to Prague centre in 17 minutes.
