Podnájem je omezen časově do konce července 2012. Byt je 4+1 a bydlí zde tři velmi pohodoví a klidní studenti VŠ (jedna slečna a dva kluci). V bytě je veškeré vybavení včetně pračky a nádobí. Pokoj je nevybaven. Po domluvě je možné přenechat starší matraci. Pokoj je velmi světlý a příjemný (nová okna do vnitro bloku) s vestavěným šatníkem. Preferujeme jednoho nájemníka. K nastěhování hned. SPĚCHÁ, volejte kdykoli!!!

We are looking for roommates for room (approx. 20m2), price is 5400 CZK per month (price includes all utilities). The apartment is located near Strossmajerova Square (great access to the city center, tram and walk). Sublease is until the end of July 2012. The apartment is 4 +1, other people living in flet are three nice, quiet university students (one girl and two boys). The apartment has all amenities including washing machine and dish. The room is unfurnished. After the agreement can leave one mattress. The room is very bright and pleasant (new windows into the interior of the block) with built-in wardrobe. We prefer one tenant. Ready be rented now. Hurry, call anytime!
