I am offering for sale a spacious apartment with a balcony and a layout of 3+kk in a building built in 2019. The apartment is in private ownership (all communication will be handled directly with the owner) and is located on the 4th floor of a 6-story building. The residential building was finalized in December 2019 – the Lahti project by the developer YIT.

The apartment, with a total area of 81.4 m², is spacious, logically arranged, and fitted with high-standard materials. It is oriented to the northeast and is situated in an area with excellent public amenities – just one tram stop away from Kolbenova metro station.

The kitchen is equipped with a well-thought-out fitted kitchen that was custom-made by a carpentry studio. The kitchen unit offers maximum utilization of storage space and features built-in appliances from Whirlpool (dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and induction hob).
