Můj pokoj s balkonem bude tak neprůchozí, jako tvůj. Nemovitost se nachází v prvním podlaží, přičemž budova disponuje výtahem, který doufám nebudeš potřebovat.
Byt je ve velmi dobrém stavu a plně vybaven, takže je připraven k okamžitému nastěhování bez nutnosti dalších úprav (peřiny, povlečení, lednice, konvice, mikrovlnka, sporák, pračka, toaster, nádobí, hrnce atd.).
Ideální po čistotné a samostatné studentky VŠ (možno i studenty) umění, fyzioterapie, masáže. Snesu k sobě také komunikativní a slušnou pracující ženu od 18 do 50 let (ideálně bez dětí, zvířátek). S muži ve spolubydlení nemám dobré zkušenosti!
Byt je ZCELA nekuřácký a když se pije, NEDĚLÁ se z toho rave párty o které musí vědět každý. O rachot se tu stará hospoda, nebo sousedi s dětmi.

I'm offering a non-through room for rent with a bed (including storage space) and wardrobes (13m²), along with the option to use an atelier that has a desk and printer (for massages, cosmetics, tattoos—not for commercial use, only on a friendly basis) in my 3+kk apartment in a panel building. My room with a balcony will be just as non-through as yours. The property is located on the ground floor, and the building has an elevator—which I hope you won’t need.
The apartment is in very good condition and fully furnished, so it’s ready for immediate move-in without any additional changes (duvets, bed linen, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, stove, washing machine, toaster, dishes, pots, etc.).
It is ideal for neat and independent female university students (male students are also acceptable) studying art, physiotherapy, or massage. I also welcome a communicative and respectable working woman aged 18 to 50 (preferably without children, pets). I haven’t had good experiences with male roommates!
The apartment is COMPLETELY non-smoking, and even if alcohol is involved, it will NOT be turned into a rave party that everyone has to know about. Any noise issues are taken care of by the nearby pub, or by neighbors with children.
