• Complete renovation of the ground floor bathroom and the upper floor WC, including the piping,

• Finishing of the upper floor in 2005 using stud construction methods, with the additional installation of 5 Velux roof windows equipped with blackout blinds.

In 2014, the old garage roof was replaced. In 2018, the house was connected to the fiber-optic network “Bürgernet” of the city of Bamberg, and in 2025, the concrete entrance staircase was replaced by a modern natural stone staircase.
